Certifications and X-rays in Oklahoma

Permit from the Oklahoma Board of Dentistry required before working chairside, as of November 1, 2025. A separate radiography permit is required to expose radiographs.

Separate expanded duty permits are available for coronal polishing with topical fluoride, sealants, nitrous oxide, and venipuncture and phlebotomy. CPR certification required.
